Sun Play Therapy provides therapeutic and educational support services for children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Services may include play therapy approaches, sensory-based learning, community experiences, mentoring, therapeutic support, and alternative provision programmes.
All services are subject to availability, referral suitability, risk assessment, and individual needs. We reserve the right to adapt, postpone, or cancel sessions where necessary for safeguarding, wellbeing, or operational reasons.
Sessions and placements must be agreed in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may still be chargeable in line with agreed arrangements.
Where possible, we will attempt to rearrange missed sessions.
We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection requirements.
Information shared during sessions remains confidential unless disclosure is required for safeguarding, legal obligations, or risk management purposes.
